Steve and his wife Amanda have been married for 20 years and have five children. Steve is a firm believer in the Holy Spirit’s ability to transform people from the inside-out and has a passion for accurately communicating the Gospel through expository (verse-by-verse) preaching. After completing eight years of service in the U.S. Army with two combat tours to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, he attended Liberty University for his Undergraduate and Graduate studies.
With more than 40 years of experience volunteering in church offices, Cheryl is an invaluable contributor for all the little things that otherwise might fall through the cracks. She and her husband, Dave, moved from Massachusetts to Tavares in 2005 and she is often found at the church office asking, “Is there anything I can do to help?”
Sharon has been attending Epiphany for more than 10 years and helps with the details of our worship services. Her biggest gift … she is a true encourager, who tries to love and serve Christ, love and serve others in Christ, and love and serve the world for Christ.
A passion for equipping children to become faithful followers of Christ is what drives Tami. Providing support, encouragement and opportunities to help kids grow to love God, Tami has been serving our children for more than 10 years. Tami and her husband, Ed, a Border Patrol agent, have two amazing children: Morgan and Christian.
Matt has had a passion for music since he was a kid. Growing up in Church choirs, running worship for youth groups and mission trips, for him, music and serving the Lord have always gone hand in hand. Matt and his wife, Jeanne, recently had their second child. When he isn’t working or playing music, he’ll probably be found in the gym, fishing, or under his project car.
Debbie has been with Epiphany since its inception and oversees all the details of our services. She and her husband, Peter, live in Sorrento with two children, two grandchildren, two cats, three dogs and a potbelly pig!
Rob has been a Mount Dora resident since 1975 and was an insurance agent for State Farm for 35 years before “retiring” in 2010. He now hunts, fishes, plays a little golf when the urge hits, and does an extraordinary job of keeping everything about Epiphany clean and working beautifully.
